Booking Terms and Conditions

Our Prices are based on a per room bed and breakfast with 2 people sharing:
Tresco/Orchard Room from £80 per night
Single from £65 per night
All rates will vary depending on season.
Please read the following notes to ensure you are happy before booking
Single occupancy bookings will only be accepted at weekends for two nights i.e. Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
Smoking. We are a non-smoking house and we would ask guests to respect this.
Children. As grandparents we love children but as most of our guests wish for peace and quiet we cannot accept children under the age of 12. We may be able to make an exception if you are booking both rooms
Pets: We welcome guide dogs but regret that we cannot take other pets.
Parking: There is ample parking but it is not suitable for commercial vehicles or vans.
Breakfast is generally served from 8.00/9.00am.
Check in and Departures: Arrivals are between 4pm and 6pm and departures by 10.30am. Should you wish to arrive earlier or later please let us know so that we can arrange to be here to greet you.
How to Make a Booking: Check the availability checker, the either telephone us on 01249 661444 or email us. Please note that at weekends in July and August and Bank Holidays we only take bookings for 2 nights.
Deposit and Payment: A deposit of £40.00 is required to guarantee a reservation for one night. For stays of more than one night we ask for the cost of one night's stay.For your deposit or settling your account you can pay via the secure on line Pay Pal System or by cash or cheque.
We ask for 14 days notice of a cancellation otherwise the deposit will not be refunded, unless the room can be re-let.
